The TAO I CHING is the Taoist interpretation of the ancient text of the I Ching.
“TAO I CHING ~ The Mystic Gateway” was published in 2008 to define TAO, provide an essential understanding of YIN and YANG energy, (although hardly the complicated traditional view) to give a practical guide to what to do next, with the predictive capabilities of The I Ching. This classical Chinese work on the chances and changes in life dates back 3000 years, and shows, and predicts, the energy in every situation one could face in life.

After many years research and practice of the I Ching, I designed the ELEMENTS © after being shown them in a lucid dream. The impact of seeing a hexagram created 'in one go' shocked me to the core (after many years throwing coins and consulting charts). I was also shown the correct layout of the trigrams (and subsequent misalignments) and a direct and very simple way to know the number of all the hexagrams. The ELEMENTS © provide an easy and direct way to access the I Ching [and all the changes possible in the hexagrams] ‘physically’. I could see the spontaneity, flow, and direction, of the energy, in my hands as it were ! Here was a free-flowing energy that was everywhere, that could be seen, 'captured', and changed.
The ELEMENTS © change the structure and operation of the I Ching instantly and profoundly. The ELEMENTS © play a crucial role in liberating the mind from the continuous thinking process in a shifting, changing, experience of intention and behaviour. The hexagrams brake-down the barrier between desire (essentially what you want, and often what you don’t have) and the resolution or answer in what may happen, if not stopped by the thought of what is possible.
Through a visual symbol (without, as it were, an obvious meaning or association) consciousness or awareness is expanded. Situations are actually created, or constructed, by the hexagrams. The magic happens when one hexagram automatically changes to another, and produces another situation. The TAO I CHING seeks to explain what is actually happening to us as we all inhabit the present moment with such disregard, because we think we know, want, or understand.
A life dominated by thinking (which will appear natural and essential) will not leave you alone until you see that all your reasons, intentions, and time, will not actually help you, merely repeat what you already do. You will always be tempted to opinion and explanation. The TAO I CHING is a step beyond.

Effort produces strain.

TAO TE CHING
Some, if not most, of the answers in the TAO I CHING may leave you without the certainty of the structure of your own ambitions, reasons and meanings, but it will introduce a 'light hearted' confidence. This open approach actually causes chance and change to happen, and the hexagram symbol to function powerfully, as it was originally intended in its' construction and use. The hexagrams play a great part in the present moment, precariously subject to change, which forms the basis of the I Ching, and cuts through a lot of the speculation on the 'predictive' possibilities of the I Ching. By accepting chance and change (the very threats to your controlled thinking) you become master of your own fate and fortune, not through progressive intention, but by simply looking at what you are doing, and what you are thinking. All of this changed the direction of my thinking about the I Ching, and the prediction of events.
“ I started looking at the 'energy' itself. What part does my own awareness play ? It seemed that (my) awareness was the energy itself !, and it could be switched to ‘open’. Every time you look at a hexagram, it has the effect of producing familiarity and sometimes concern when your awareness remains switched to 'automatic’ , (perhaps you just look at the title, or accept the situation at face value) but the hexagram is ever capable of producing deeper insights from even the most inconspicuous events when your awareness is open to other possibilities. ”
